 Jessica Steen is a Canadian actress who has appeared in television and film. Her roles include Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Homefront, Earth 2 Armageddon. NCIS Flashpoint, Left Behind: World at War.



 



 Personal life



 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto, Ontario, the daughter of Joanna Noyes, an actress, and Jan Steen, a director and actor. Steen is Dutch and Scottish heritage.



 



 Aside from her entertainment career, Steen is an environmentalist and animal rights activist. She is a strong supporter of David Suzuki and the World Society for the Protection of Animals. She is certified to dive and has learned a number of circus arts, including fire-twirling and stilt-walking.
